Is this a political podcast now? I loved this podcast as it was a great place to escape from reality and have some laughs. I am not so sure anymore. I have been using the menstrual disc's for like 3 years now and I'll never go back. I literally forget I'm on my period during the day. I just take my old one out in the shower. The reason it empties when u pee is because of the way ur pelvic flow is positioned. I'm truly shocked at how hard it is for so many girls to understand it. But once u do it it all makes sense I promise!

You know what I've realized? I don't like meat... I like seasoning, marinades, and sauces... the meat on its own is boring and not great. But add some marinade or sauce on top. Delish... we just need a receptacle for our flavors 🤣
