Colin Fox on Great Expectations Gin Elora Distilling Company

Great Expectations is a gin made with foraged botanicals. Because botanicals can vary from area to area, the gin is blended to establish consistency. The botanicals that make up Great Expectations (Juniper, Sumac, Sweet Gale, and Burdock) are distilled separately and then blended in the tank and proofed to 40% abv.
