ОтветитьStill watching this great video :D
ОтветитьHi eager to begin. There is a 3.5 hours video here but also a 9 video series that seems to cover the same chapters from a couple of months before.
Which is best for a Power BI but no Fabric person like me? And is there any point in watching both?
thanks a lot for the video
Ответить1 hour :) ⌛

ОтветитьThis is great - even if it took me 2 weeks to get through.
On careers - the last bit. Surely AI is pretty much going to make writing SQL and Python really easy. Especially SQL as the only challenge is to check the result is what you intended.
Whether that makes it pointless to learn them, or just much easier to reach competence I am not sure (maybe both).
Another pov is that yes I get it - Data Engineers earn more than PBI developers within IT.
On the other hand I suspect Business managers who can develop their own PBI dashboards (or at least run their own analysis on it) pretty soon earn a lot more as Business managers.
So I guess the PBI analyst can take his skills upstream to be an engineer or downstream into operational management.

ОтветитьHi, how can I access the document you show in the video? Thanks. Great Work
ОтветитьThank you so much for this Will!

Ответить⏳️1 hour done
2 and half to go
Thank you so much for helping the community will, can you please make a short video on how to connect Tableau to Fabric?. Thanks in advance.
ОтветитьStarted Power BI the day it came out, started Fabric the day it came out. There’s a paradigm shift happening people are not aware of in Analytics! Great content! Let’s connect!
⏳
I am finishing this video now. Do I have to create a skool user to get any of the documentation?
ОтветитьThanks
Ответить⏳ Thanks! Very helpfull!
ОтветитьSuper good lesson! Very good information and clear explanations. Working as Data engineer and new to Fabric! This helped alot!
ОтветитьI suggest we put the slides into the school classroom; that would greatly help. Thanks.
ОтветитьI am unsure whether you have any video on Data Mart that fits into Power BI / Fabric. Hope, hearing on this. Thanks.
ОтветитьA great stuff. Any advice on becoming a Master of Data Pipeline and the resources? Thanks.
ОтветитьHi Will,
Do you have a document for this course in .pdf or .docx formats?
"Microsoft Fabric for Power BI developers - 3.5 HOUR FREE COURSE"

ОтветитьHOur glass and just completed this one.
Ответить✅ amazing

ОтветитьIs direct lake mode available for data warehouse semantic models as well or only for lake house semantic models ?
ОтветитьTHANK YOU, WILL, FOR A GREAT VIDEO.
ОтветитьThank you for great content! Can we use Azure Purview for Data Quality Monitoring instead of DQ Monitoring Report in Lakehouse? Pros & Cons?
ОтветитьThis course is vital for me and my team right now, cannot thank you enough!
ОтветитьThank you so much for the video, it helped me a lot!!
ОтветитьI am not able to use validator functions

# expect the following column values to not be null (perhaps these are needed for downstream analytics)

validator.expect_column_values_to_not_be_null(column="Subscription Date")

Really helpful & insightful.

Ответить✅ Good intro with plenty of Info, thanks.
ОтветитьYou're the best, Will. Thank you so much.
ОтветитьExcellent!
ОтветитьAs an aspiring data analyst with no professional experience yet, which of the experiences in microsoft fabric should i focus on? and which are things that i can go on without learning it? like maybe create a video for each data role (ex. Microsoft Fabric Areas for Data Analysts) .. this way i will not waste time trying to learn something that i will not apply in my role in the future.
ОтветитьReally helpful & thanks a lot for your time!
ОтветитьSeems like very good content. Thanks Will, got some good learning to do here.
ОтветитьYou can upload local files as well
Ответить⏳
Ответить✅keep it up will ✅
Ответить⌛Thank you and God bless you for providing such awesome content
ОтветитьI'm reviewing Microsoft Fabric content in a more concise format for the first time. Could you please share the slides used in the presentation for later reference? I’ve noticed that the materials provided by the school don’t align with the slide content.
Ответить✅Am with you all the way brother...your passion on the subject really shines through!
