I use a medical transition and anti reflective lens. Will that help to protect my eyes from computer light or do I need to buy a blue light lens for use while at work. I work all day in front of the computer

My eyes have started straining and burning when I watch TV. I am in a panic. I have rosacea so am wondering if this is ocular rosacea. I saw my eye specialist who just told me my eyes were dry and prescribed lubricant eye drops. Feel so alone. But your videos are so appreciated

This was a very helpful video. I've had great improvement in blepheritis and flashes and floaters after 5 years of taking fermented cod liver oil with high vitamin butter oil. The idea was to increase fat soluble vitamins. Now I add several drops of micelized vitamin A and some liquid Vitamin D+K to the same spoon. This same routine is also good for general health.

Good Day, I had cataract surgery 8 weeks back. Can I use castor oil for my very dry eye?

Second cup pf coffee?!! Dry eyes is an inflamation and usually a symptom of other underlying condituons sucha as reumathoid artritis. If you have dry eyes you shouldn't be drinking cofee at all.
