Great routine! I struggled during the warm-up but then during the actual routine the moves made a lot more sense. It really makes my head spin sometimes, but it’s loads of fun. 😊

Yeah I managed it to the end. Not perfect but getting better all the time 😅

That was friggin' awesome!!! Can't believe how fast the time went - I was concentrating so hard on getting the moves, I didn't have time to think of anything else - fantastic workout for the mind and body...You said you were worried about teaching it, but you rocked it!!!

This routine w!as challenging but so much fun! Thanks for keeping us fit with all these great workouts. Step is my favorite but I'm now a firm believer in the importance of regular strength training thanks to you!
