After a break of about 1 week ( other engagements )..I enjoyed doing these simple n very much doable excercises including the bending the back n turning on sides ones.
I enjoyed watching your smart outfit in luminous pink n that enlightening smile on your face..above all listening to U saying,' U r on fire'! Thanks a lot for helping me to start excercing again. I AM going to be slimmer n healthier! Yeah!
