Sir,hello I’d like to know how to identify a joint as a tie in? If single pipe connected with segment in the trench can we say this is tie in? Or can we say any joint welded inside the trench is tie in ? Cause I have been searched too much for tie in there is no standard or specific statement for identifying tie in joint
