Some people need to stand due to sciatic issues which sitting makes worse, back pain or legs cramping. Have some compassion. Be fortunate and grateful you don't have those issues, not judgemental of others you know nothing about.

I do, but its only when i need to stretch. Then i sit back down. At most, I'll prep my bags by grabbing them from the overhead and sitting them in my lap. But thats only if im sitting in the aisle.

Dont clear the plane by row clear the entire aisle then next row of people stand, take luggage and repeat. In reality this only work i north Korea so instead if you are about to stand and someone further back is already ready to walk then wave them past. This will allow everybody to get off the plane faster. Thank! Safe travels❤
