You could save someone years of agony by listening so they didnt have to miss out on life. When doctors ignor patients the pain is so bad and spreads out and then get labeled as fibromialgia. Maybe stop looking at your useless tests and treat sooner so things dont get out of control. Those tests do not tell you when someone is starting to enter or getting into remission. I'd like to share my story and am hoping you may have some insight. I'm a 31F and recently experienced a clear flare up in both feet as well as my R finger joint 5 weeks ago after a long weekend of gardening. It has led me down a path of getting a few possible diagnoses from specialists. The Rheumatologist thinks it is bursitis/joint inflammation caused by Psoriatic arthritis or rheumatoid (based on my other diagnosis like reynauds, IBS and celiacs). The chiropodist believed it to be Morton's Neuroma in the foot. Meanwhile on my tests so far the ANA, RF and CCP appear to all negative result. I am waiting for the last one, HLA-B27 still has yet to be ruled out.

What is clear is that I have neckaches, backaches, stiffness in the morning, I have hypermobility in my joints (years of dancing ballet exacerbated this), I have pain in the small joints of hands, but never experienced this in my feet. Finally this ball of foot pain and shooting nerve pain is finally starting to go away after 5 weeks. So I want to believe I don't actually have an auto-immune disorder, however I definitely have signs of chronic inflammation. I have been diagnosed with IBS, Reynauds, Celiacs, Psoriasis and have sought Naturopathic treatment over that last 7 years which drastically improved things.

Is there any recommendation you can give me? Could it just be that I'm experiencing symptoms and never fully developed anything?


I live off a pretty clean diet, and take supplements like Turmeric, Fish Oil, Ashwagandha and Borage Oil, which all help reduce pain and inflammation. My hope is that I've taken preventative measures to fend this off.


Any advice or insight would help me immensely! My rheumatologist was pushing me to take Sulfasalazine, however I am VERY reluctant and would rather take preventative measures with a Functional medical doctor, a Traditional Chinese Medical practitioner or my naturopath.

I tested high 14 today. I tested postive before 10 years ago but was told i was to younge and pretty so it must be false. 😅 I cant bend my toes anymore and im in incredible pain. Hopefully i can get a full diagnose now that im old 😂
