Which excel version you used for this

I just get something called 'Document' instead of the actual tabs in the google sheet. I've shared my excel file and everything. Am I skipping a step?

My excel do not show "From Web" option

Can you please also tell us what is the level of privacy for the contents of the Sheets file when we publish it? Does it remain private or is it visible to everyone across the net or those with the link?
