My own personal experience.

A great leader knows how to delegate and knows how to take concerns, ideas and criticism into consideration to better the family as a whole. A family should be ran like a business, everyone knows their roles, responsibilities and respect each other’s perspectives. Just bc you are the leader does not mean you are always right and has the best process to move forward that’s why you have a partner to bounce things off of or to pick up where you lack. Each person brings their skillset to the table rather it’s a tradition household or both parents out making money, coming and sharing the household needs.
Submission is not just making a sandwich when you want/ say….submission is when the respect is mutual ALL AROUND…each other’s time, body, mind, spirituality, knowledge, feedback, person and love. Submission SHOULD NEVER be explained with an example of being degrading or less than that’s where you get push back.

A few years ago, I was dating a woman. We were dating for a little over a month. One day I popped up unexpectedly. As I was pulling up the driveway, I saw her standing outside with her sisters talking. When she recognized my car...she put her hands over her head...and ran into the house! When I got out the car, her sisters were dying laughing! I asked why she ran in the house!?! They said , " She didn't do her hair...and she didn't want you to see her looking like that!"
