So much needed is strictly cosmetic. I could handle that, but would need to find a talented artist. Those ceilings are amazing!
ОтветитьSo what happened to the cantina?
ОтветитьEnjoying your videos very much. Thanks for sharing so many details. It is a great mental escape.
ОтветитьIs this still for sale?
ОтветитьMagical
ОтветитьSome beautiful architectural aspects of the object come to light. Worth considering except for one of the large dining room cabinets which looks as though it has woodworm. That presents a danger for all the wood in the house, especially a building that has been neglected over the years, sadly.
ОтветитьI absolutely love this house ❤❤ I’ve watched this video three times already. Thank you for showing such a beautiful place ❤❤ it has so much potential. I would buy it if I could 😊
ОтветитьThat is a fabulous home...so much potential.
ОтветитьIn Italy palace means townhouse?
ОтветитьFabulous.
ОтветитьThe fireplace will also make it very cold in the winters.
ОтветитьDid this place sell or is it still on the market?
ОтветитьIs this still available
ОтветитьWhat is the heating situation?
ОтветитьYou're funny a 165,000 fixer upper.
ОтветитьHello Brad is the house in Trivigliano still for sale ,5000sq feet house
ОтветитьIl prezzo è molto economico,il palazzo molto antico è ben tenuto, basta poco per rinnovarlo❤ lunico problema sara il.sistema di riscaldamento perche la casa è molto grande .
ОтветитьIt's an Amazing Property! ❤
ОтветитьI’ve got the cash to purchase this property or one like it BUT I wouldn’t know where to start when having it remodeled. I wouldn’t be able to be there during the entire remodel. Any suggestions/advice?
ОтветитьIs there a way to get the floor plan for this property?
ОтветитьIs it sold yet?
ОтветитьI see a lot of comments on other platforms about ‘dead towns’. Is this still a vibrant area?
ОтветитьThe house shows several places with water damage. Water damage is ALWAYS a RED FLAG and a good reason NOT to buy! One comment in the quality of the video: the camera movements are often way too fast to give a good impression.
ОтветитьSo there isn't a basement?
ОтветитьBeautiful ceilings. Great Staircase. Great bones. Great price. Personally I’d need $250k to do it justice too 😅❤
ОтветитьOk in general bits lots of oddball things done ✅ if you want a project it’ll come up nice if it’s a diy job it’ll 18 months of graft
ОтветитьWhere are all the neighbors on the sidewalks and streets?
Ответитьhorrible, for 5000 sq ft every room is incredibly small. take a pass
ОтветитьLooks good . Doesn’t seem like it need that much extensive work , probably polishing the wood areas , floor , a coat of new paint . Water prove the exterior walls is easy , just a coat of epoxy paint on the exterior that would cost like €30 per tin maybe ? Looks like this is ideal for bed and breakfast setup , home business or subrent . Sadly most young couples (maybe 1 kid?) or retired people don’t need such a large palace , compared to previously where people have more kids .
ОтветитьIt would be three times as expensive to update it, not to mention the Italian regulations
ОтветитьI bet the inside stays perfectly cool in summer 😊
ОтветитьThe only problem with houses of this nature woodworm in the ceilings
Ответитьnice historical building, I would be to afraid to wake up to go to the toilet
ОтветитьI am curious why the ground floor only has 2 front rooms while other floors have many more and front rooms are same size as on the ground? Also, there were stairs going down but we dont see that in the video. I was anxiously waiting to go down there.
Ответитьit would cost probably a million more to renovate
ОтветитьYou would have to put in a heating system from scratch and just the heating cost will break you.! At least 250,000 to 400,000. New kitchens, at least six bathrooms. RUN!
ОтветитьGreat house with great potential.
ОтветитьGround-floor (piano terra), not first floor...
ОтветитьSpectacular!
ОтветитьNo restaurants,no grocery, no doctors, more and more ?
ОтветитьHow far is the designated car park and how much are the annual dues for parking?
ОтветитьBeautiful home! Loved the vid.
Where are all the neighbors?? It looks like a ghost town. Has everyone just packed up and moved?
Would really appreciate some genuine perspective of 'where are all the people'?
Probably needs at least £250k+ spending on the restoration but what a beautiful Palace with just so much potential.
ОтветитьHi again, Brad! Thanks for your previous insightful answers. Quick question: what would be a reasonable estimate for monthly utilities costs, a rough range to expect for a property like this? Given, say, minimal reasonable electrical appliances and 1-2 people living full-time, September to May with a mild winter.
ОтветитьThe possibilities are endless here.
ОтветитьAmazing house, but not a great layout for modern day living.
I hate to say it, but it would function better as 3 apartments.
Where are all the people ? What percentage of the town is abandoned?
ОтветитьOn one hand you cant beat it. Huge space, great space, manageable work. On the other hand, so many original details are gone, no grounds, and quite the Frankenstein building. It could actually be a bit more difficult property than one would think.
