A very exciting story, well worth the listen.

Gives a perspective on how it might be to live and work in space. But the systems are overly complicated and fragmented. Earth might appear to be able to afford (it already really cannot afford) millions of parts suppliers. But, not space and not humans doing it all by hand and memory.
