I can’t believe The Running Man and Robocop both ripped off this game
ОтветитьWhy isnt this on nintendo switch
ОтветитьSquid game - but you only win a VCR.
ОтветитьI have this game on the NES me and my siblings would battle and for most points on night
ОтветитьCould you imagine going through all this and then bringing home the smash tv board game and losing that?
ОтветитьRunning Man —> Smash TV —> Battle Royale —> Hunger Games —> PUBG —> Fortnite.
ОтветитьLove me some smash tv 😎
ОтветитьDefinitely has a mix between The Running Man, Demolition Man game and Mercs
ОтветитьIf you can kill Mr Shrapnel in two hits then you're cheating.
ОтветитьThis guy doesn't go for prizes. He loses.
ОтветитьThe Running Man + American Gladiators = Smash TV
ОтветитьThis 'metallic' sound bothers me, which was later incorporated into the Mega Drive... I prefer the audio from the SNES.
Ответить"The original Smash TV
arcade machine (made
in 1990 by veteran game
designer Eugene Jarvis at
Williams) tried to predict
what TV would be like far
off in the future of 1999.
It had a fun game design
mechanic which (amusingly)
became the core DNA of
many reality TV shows
today. (You'd work as a team
in multiplayer mode, but,
when the prizes show up,
it's an absolute grab-fest!)
Watch out for Mutoid man!"

The man said total carnage this game was Madeline in 1990 total carnage 1992 way before it's time ❤🎉🎉
ОтветитьI always wanted 120,000 toasters.
ОтветитьI used to play on the game cube good memories
ОтветитьBIG MONEY,BIG PRIZES!!!!!I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!
ОтветитьCan this be updated to be 3D?
ОтветитьSucks we can’t get like an anniversary release of this game with the documentary included with a bunch of bonus stuff too
ОтветитьWhoa this game came out the year I was born. I was also born in the month that Total Recall was in the newspaper, when it was in theatres.
ОтветитьTop Retro Game on XBOX Live 👍 Williams titles were the best. Between Smash TV and The Running Man movie with Ahnuld Schwarzenegger, I'm having a chicken and egg moment. Imagine if Diablo 4 needed quarters. Nobody ever complained about micro transactions when you had to feed the coin slot at the arcade
Ответитьshid, i rememeber running this game as a kid on midway arcade for the gamecube. BIG MONEY! BIG PRIZES! I LOVE IT!
Ответить😆TOTAL CARNAGE!!!!! I LOVE IT!!!!!
ОтветитьSmash T.V. is awesome game to no damage.
ОтветитьThe new doom phone game certaintly hits a nice hotspot like this game did
ОтветитьYou've won a brand new vcr!
Millenials: What's that?
No music?...…
ОтветитьI wonder if tv will really be like that in 1999.
ОтветитьSuch a great game!
ОтветитьI LOVED playing this on midway arcade treasures. Black ops arcade slightly reminds me of this game. This is seriously one of the best games ever.
ОтветитьIs this a real game show?
ОтветитьMe and my late grandpa used to play this when I was younger we beat it too.
ОтветитьIt was a smash hit for a Williams Arcade game...
ОтветитьYes.
ОтветитьHow were you able to get so far without losing a life?!? I always got slaughtered when the first boss came out....
ОтветитьYou have a lot of toasters
Ответитьhow do you play this one a controller??
ОтветитьMoney!
Ответить1999 was such a great year, fast forwarding to 2022 now all we have is PC lefties and reality tv.
What a shame.
kind of like the old Robotron. You just run around and kill all the enemies and collect the rewards.
ОтветитьI think this is what Dead Ops Arcade was inspired by
ОтветитьSo the version with the Pleasure Domes is on the Midway Arcade Treasures 1 disc for PS2? Because I was planning on ordering a copy this summer.
ОтветитьKYLE AND SWEETIE PLAY THIS GAME ON THEIR NINTENDO ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM IN CANINE UNIVERSITY,
ОтветитьSmash TV походу был вдохновением для Xeno Crisis
ОтветитьBig money!
Big prizes!
I love it!
Someone told me and entire level in Madness: Project Nexus is based on this game. Yeah I see it, lol!
ОтветитьI went my whole life thinking this game was unbeatable.
ОтветитьThe only re master I want...
ОтветитьWait that’s not pinball games
Williams: I made the arcade games too
