Hi Thomas, I have removed short nose dashboards a few times, but now need to remove one from a newer long nose 2002 to get the AC evaporator out and replaced. Is the removal procedure pretty much the same as with the 93's? All the best

Hi Thomas, I’m doing the heater core on my 2003 T4 as we speak, since the entire dash is all apart I wanted to do the evaporator core as well but seems impossible it to find it , I called every place I found online and they all told me it’s discontinued , do you have any suggestions? Thanks

Thank you for your great walkthrough, I recently managed to complete this and how working heat in my cab again.
One thing I've noticed since is a air intake sound which wasn't there previously, could this be linked to the new blend door fix or probably more related to an engine bay item might you know? It's not a big issue, just a slight hiss of air when accelerating
