The Panerai Problem: Why Does No One Buy Panerai Watches?

PANERAI WATCHES - why don't we see more of them on wrists? We see lots of Rolex, Omega, Cartier, Seiko, Grand Seiko when we go to Redbar or see other people in the streets - but almost never do I see someone wearing a Panerai. How come?! That's what today's video is exploring.
To me, I think it comes down to 5 main things: 1. the sizes of Panerai watches (44mm+ - when a 42mm is small in your catalogue and a 38mm is a womens watch) and lack of evolution in the design language. 2. Movement Controversies. 3. General Controversies (lol Panerai has a few). 4. The amount of fakes in the secondary market. and 5. the Price. They are at such a competitive price point with brands like Rolex, OMEGA, Cartier, Grand Seiko, Zenith.

But those are my thoughts. What do you guys think of Panerai?
