i dont think people understand how much 1 billion of something is…..you’ve heard that 1 million seconds is roughly 12 days and 1 billion seconds is equivalent to roughly 31 years….now make that 100 billion which is the number of xrp created. that is a whole lot. i dont think investors realize or underestimate how many 100 billion xrp is. there is no scarcity here. also there is xlm stellar another blockchain with 100 billion tokens. why was the number chosen to be 100 billion ? it seems like a huge number. also why would governments want to use an outside their control blockchain when they could create and use their own?

Did Tom Lee predict the latest Japanese disaster? It’s been on a lot of bingo cards of a lot of very successful hedge fund managers for awhile now. All TL looks at are how many bailouts are coming because of disastrous FED oversight for the last 16 years.

There is no use to really comment on the clawback feature or the Ripple case as it will do nothing to change things. It is all total corruption and the clawback feature is just anther way to steal money from people. As for Ripple, it's a ship of fools.

Each time he is told to not violate again…and he does.
The judge even says she fears he will again.

The money Gram partnership at best was what they thought could possibly get them a win. The ties ,timing and blatant disregard for facts and law shows that this was more than just money Gram it seemed personal the SEC was willing to put their reputation (and for some )careers on the line to try to win. Honestly this is a case that never should have happened because it never had to happen if the SEC would have given clear guidance ripple would have complied.
