You asked him later but if you ask during the call, it will be less of a chance they will lie. He said melanie was his boss and then said she was coworkers wife. Hes clearly lying

I buy it. The exact phrasing of the card: "I appreciate you covering for me. I owe you one. Now, let's never speak about this again." Not exactly a romantic proposal. He came home in different pants, probably was out drinking prior and roughly an hour away from home already, so he was a bit fucked. If I was her, I would accept this for sure, especially since it also sounds like an isolated incident. When we hear the cheaters on the show, they usually have way more signs. I get the people saying he's lying, and it's possible, but I'm like 90% he wasn't.

Honestly if that were to happen to me, my wife would be the first one I would call, even tho it's embarrassing I'm close enough with my wife that I know I would end up sharing that story sooner then later because after a few days it would be funny enough to share, so I would have called her immediately to bring me a change of clothes, why would he call a different lady to tell her that you shit yourself and not your own wife.. that is weird
