Hey; I could use some help... I have an older Superbox... S1 Pro... It does not have "Backup Tv... My issue is that after the software update the Blue TV stopped working... Their horrible tech support told me to uninstall the Blue TV in the trash and then re-download it from the App Sore and then re-install it... I did "Trash" it (Uninstall)... but... The App Store is not working and it will not let me download the Blue TV app... I have done all the unplugging of everything... and waited quite some time... Any suggestions? It's been 48 hours since I lost the Blue TV... Thanks for this video... unfortunately I do not have the "back-up TV... I'm apprehensive to do a factory reset in this moment... I'm pretty sure Blue Tv and Blue VOD came with the Superbox (it was a gift)... My VOD is actually working and I don't want to lose that with... I'm open to your thoughts and help... Thanks
