Blegh. I know "rankings" videos get views, but these places don't deserved to be compared and ranked like this. 😢
Ответитьbro north cascades should definitely be top 20.
ОтветитьSmoky mountains #57? 🤦 come on bro
ОтветитьI'm really looking foward to seeing the rest of the parks in the future. A little scuffed by the Smokys being so low, BUT that's probably just because of how much sentimental value I have in them from when I was a kid. I've never been to the western parks, but I'm planning a trip to Olympic next summer. Maybe my opinion on the Smokys will change a bit
ОтветитьWorthless video 👎. Awful, dull photos.
ОтветитьCongaree is just a swamp. There are a thousand of these in Louisiana. Congaree should not be a national park.
ОтветитьBummed about the smokies rating, they are incredibly old mountains with a great history and eerie beauty. Not mention all the incredible critters you will see! One of the only rain forests on the east coast
ОтветитьI like the part where he said National Park.
ОтветитьSpoiler alert, the best nat’l park is the same one that it has always been. Jellystone
ОтветитьI too was surprised with your ranking of the Great Smokey mountains national park. Since I live in Georgia , I have visited this park many times in my life and have enjoyed each visit . I have also visited around 20 other parks more recently especially out west and have enjoyed your discussion . I believe you need to return to the Great smokies NP and visit Cades Cove there and take one of the many hiking trails and then re-evaluate
ОтветитьLived across the river from St. Louis my whole life and I’ve only been to the arch like 3 times. They do have a good fireworks display for July 4th on the riverfront, but good luck parking any closer than like 3 miles away.
St. Louis just isn’t a pretty enough city for the Arch to be anything special
Good video , would have helped if states were added with the name of the national park
ОтветитьI live on the east coast and I’ve never been to a national park before, hell I’ve actually never really left the east coast. I’m planning on flying out to one of the major national parks but haven’t decided which one. I’m looking to stay/lodge in or very close to the park itself if possible.
Ответить#1 - Yosemite
#2 - Mt Rainier
#3 - Grand Canyon
#4 - Sequoia/Kings Canyon
#5 - North Cascades
#6 - Olympic
Of the ones I've visited.
I haven't seen as many as you, but i would move a few up in your list and thats still cool.
Booyah 👊🏽 😁 👍🏽 🇺🇸
Man I wanted to visit all of them, but I don’t know how I’m going to get the time off to travel
Ответитьi don't think it's possible to not see mt rainier if you go to the park lol
ОтветитьBlack Canyon was beautiful, but if you are going to mention wildlife, make sure you put the fire ants out there, because they cover every square inch of the park in the summer. They about ate us alive.
ОтветитьI would mostly agree although I would place Grand Canyon higher. The crowds at the south rim really detract from the experience and I feel like it gives a bad impression. If you haven’t been to the north rim and been hiking in the back country down in the canyon, you haven’t actually experienced it. It’s a completely different experience and much wilder. I used to rank it pretty low but now it’s easily top 3 behind Yellowstone and Yosemite. Still hoping to get to Denali one day.
ОтветитьNorth Cascades is a true wilderness park like in Alaska. You've really got to get off the roads and up into the high country.
ОтветитьWow that map is interesting. It shows there’s tons of national parks in the west.
Environmentalists and democrats really need to stop building more national monuments in Utah and Arizona and start building million acre national parks and monuments in every state east of Colorado. It’s insane the U.S. hasn’t bought up land for conservation when they preach we need to go green and conserve.
I was shocked when I learned the massive forests in New York are private and not a national park.
Subscribed! No music in the background, thanks Man.
ОтветитьYou missed the boat on North Cascades!! Diablo Lake Overlook is outstanding!! Washington Pass Overlook is spectacular!!! Do more research before giving an opinion.
ОтветитьAcadia is dope ngl
ОтветитьI felt like capitol reef was more a state park when I went.
ОтветитьWell, At Most You Gave Positive Remarks About Congaree National Park, You Get Five Gold Palmetto Points!
ОтветитьI Don't Even Get To See Any Alligators Much!
ОтветитьSmokies 57? Haha. Okay.
ОтветитьVoyagers/boundary waters isn’t a conventional park but is by far my favorite, it’s ACTUAL untouched nature, you don’t have trails and paths everywhere, you just travel through it as thousands of years of Native Americans/fur trappers have by canoe, camping on shorelines, catching fish for food, and that area is jam packed with some of the densest wolf country in North America, as well as tons of moose and black bears, Minnesotans flock to that area for premier fishing too so if you went there and aren’t embracing the camping/canoeing/fishing aspects of it it won’t be for you
Ответитьneeds more breathing
ОтветитьI just stopped on Biscayne National Park and want to predict what is going to be number 1 or at least in the first 3 spots.I guess is Glacier or Yellowstone or Grand Teton National Parks but as for me the most beautiful of all is on the other side of the boarder in Canada and it is Banff National Park.
Ответитьcongaree underrated lets goooooo
Ответитьis this guy acoustic?
ОтветитьI've always felt that Canyonlands always gets outshined by Arches, so I'm glad you ranked it higher. Canyonlands, IMO, is what I really wanted Grand Canyon to be.
ОтветитьHeh, funny--I lived in Florida, so the beach doesn't impress me as much as it does others, as well. I'm a huge mountain guy, too. But I'm glad you appreciated the Carribbean region with all the sea life, too!
ОтветитьAssateague Island? What the HELL.
ОтветитьAs a Minnesotan I thought Everglades was incredible. Obviously your 'Floridian' residency impacts your views.
ОтветитьThe national parks are way less evenly distributed than I would have guessed. A lot more in the western U.S than I would have guessed
ОтветитьThank you for this video. I have been 19 of them so far, and wanted to see all of them before I die. I also rate Yellowstone #1 but Zion also so beautiful to see. I went to Zion 2 times so far and still wanted to go back soon.
ОтветитьDon't pet the fluffy cows!
ОтветитьSmokies needs to be higher, went recently and by backpacking it there weren’t too many people, in fact when I got to Clingmans dome I was the only person there there for a while. One of the best backpackers I’ve been too
Ответить58 is awfully impressive. I've been to 38. Looking forward to see how our top 10 match up. OK now I've watched the video. The one you really did dirty was Kenai Fjords (top 5). You need to get on a tour boat and take the 6.5 hour tour into Aalik bay and up close to the tidewater glaciers. You'll see chunks of ice the size of your garage (or bigger) break off and plunge into the ocean. Whales galore, sea otters, puffins, bears, eagles, you name it. You did yourself a disservice just seeing a bit of the land portion. Grand Canyon is way better than 9 by the way. I realize opinions are subjective.
ОтветитьYou NEED to spend some time in Capitol Reef NP. Seriously, it has some the most spectacular hikes and canyons anywhere in the world. It doesn't deserve to be as low as you have it.
Ответитьthis man has to love europe
ОтветитьYesss I love Olympic! Gotta be my first but Yellowstone is definitely up there too
ОтветитьYou have to scale the summit of Guadalupe NP to really appreciate it. I can't believe you talked about Big Bend NP but didn't even mention Santa Elena Canyon.
ОтветитьI went to Zion and I also like it a little better than Grand Canyon
Ответить57th really? Cmon
ОтветитьGreat Video, and I know its an older video, but my only suggestion I have is to maybe list the state where the park is located. Some of these I never heard of , but of course I can look it up for myself , but it would have been nice to know the location. Overall an awesome video and I am sure I will watch it a couple more times. Thank you!
