Standing in the rain letting it wash away the negative energy

So today this random storm rolled through it was thundering for probably 10 minutes straight before it looked like it was going to be clear and then we had this downpour of rain and the rain stopped about a minute after I went inside so I basically got the whole storm. But I was meditating and thinking about letting the rain wash away all the negativity that I've been dealing with lately and it felt really good it was cold and then my mailman walked by but it was worth it.
