Preparing a house for Sale - Mistakes sellers make on vacant homes

I think it’s best to leave a little bit of your things in the house for a stage. The home we recently bought, The people had all their belongings in there and honestly it was a little bit awkward you know looking through the bathroom drawers and everything. Personally, we waited until we already move list our house because of COVID. We left just left a few things we didn’t want to stage. It only took a few weeks to sell our house.

OMG, I hate when sellers do not clean the house after they have moved out!!!! It is one of my biggest pet peeves. To me this is just complete lack of respect! Shoot if you don't have time to clean, like you said, hire a professional.
