Design district is not it, there are plenty of great furniture places in Dallas/fort-worth. There are a lot of surplus places that sale furniture, along with Nebraska as others have stated. But living spaces has great furniture as well.

When I first moved to Dallas I moved to Frisco first and was there for two years, now I live in the design district/downtown… I’ve been out here for a year but I’m trying to move back north either in Plano or Frisco… everything about the suburbs is so much better to me but you made a good choice moving to the city first. It’s a great experience.
