GE Cafe Series French-Door Refrigerator How to Use the Controls

My refrigerator is stuck in water demo mode. Refrigerator wont cool. I bought the display model from a closing store.

I moved my refrigerator to clean the back of it and i didn’t disconnect it at all. Now it’s not working. The lock controls button is just flashing blue. And nothing turns on and it’s connected.

Does it dispense more than 8 oz at a time??? My mugs are huge.
