Bigme HiBreak Review || Great Potential but Needs Improvements

I had cancelled my Bigme HiBreao order since my shipping kept getting pushed. Hearing your review concerning the bands make me doubtful that it would work in France anyway.

My speakers broke and they won’t send me a new phone

I hear there's a 5G version coming Q4, so I'll be watching for that, and hopefully they'll sort out their fulfillment issues by then. I'm a courier, and something like this would be great, or at least I hope it will, I'm looking for long battery life and an easy to read screen, and e-ink seems perfect.

Using it for about a week now as my main phone. I have no crashing apps. Only strange thing is that online payments never seem to work. When I need to pay something in the Play Store or Amazon Kindle, for example, it never seems to work. Ghosting is no issue on my device. Better then my Boox color devices, but colors are a bit less saturated. This can be improved by changing the contrast. No connectivity issues here in Belgium. 4G works great, but data transfers are slow. Also on Wifi. Calls are very loud thanks to the fact that the main speaker is in the earpiece. That is really nice. For me the main problem with this device is that notifications are not reliable. Notification icons do not show in the status bar. You really need to swipe down each time. And most notifications do not appear on the lockscreen. Alarms often do not sound, so you can not rely on that. Also: having to put a 6 digit PIN code to unlock it each time is a bit too much. They should allow a 4 digit PIN. In the end I am quite happy with it, and I will keep using it as my main device. Battery life is quite good. I can get 2 days out of it. Also very nice to use with Waze or Google Maps as a navigation device in the car.

Can you use usb c port with an adapter to plug minijack earphone ? And do you have messages notifications on the lock screen ?

Would you say the Hisense A9 or this has the best camera? The fact you can install LineageOS on the A9 is swaying it for me, but camera is important.
