I rented a car to her once in Indianapolis. Enterprise.
She rented a red convertible. So anyway she say I have sometime to burn, I don’t know Indy. I say well you have a convertible I’d take a nice drive down south towards brown county. I went and got a map for her. Showed her the directions. Now it was a beautiful day, about 84 degrees. This was around 1990. You should have seen her then, she was breath taking and so sexy I was nearly speechless. I was fresh out of the army and normally full of confidence. She had black leather and some kind red top. Chain jewelry beads and her hair was all rocker.

I saw Bon Jovi in 1988 at Glasgow SECC on the New Jersey Syndicate Tour, and she was the opener. She was phenomenal. Her drummer was being your standard hard rock drummer showman, doing stick tricks until he screwed up and dropped one onto the stage with a nice loud clunk. They didn't miss a beat and kept playing, but she muttered into the mic loud enough for the audience to hear: "D**k...."

I saw Lita in concert at the Flaming Mug, Fort Bragg NC.

My uncle Colin use to take Lita's dad and his best friend fishing on the Umpqua River in Glide, Oregon back in the 80s and 90s. I miss you JC😢

My Aunt Debbie used to bar tend at the Idyild resort. Lita was there during the time that she was working with Ozzy. Ozzy called the bar to talk to Lita. Aunt Debbie hung up on him cuz she didn't believe it was him 😅

Saw Ozzy in the Omni in Atlanta twice - once with Black Sabbath and I want to say an unknown band at the time called Van Halen opened for them. Then with Randy Rhoads playing lead guitar about a day or two before he died in the freak airplane crash in Florida. Randy's high E string broke during a solo, he completed it in the next lower octave. incredible student and professor of the instrument!

So it was a love song to Sharon? This song came out when I was in maybe even junior high school. Maybe, high school without looking up the year. I was not a huge hair or metal fan, unless it was a ballad, because they were GREAT at doing them. This was a fantastic song, and Ozzy has such a recognizable voice, and face. Lita really didn't get enough praise.
