I hate losing Luke, but I don’t blame him. I think he would be an excellent fit at North Carolina, Boston College, or any pro style offensive team. I wish him nothing but the absolute best.

Can't get attached to these kids as fans. Just get used to the fact that college football is a revolving door between colleges. At this point you're just "recruiting" from other colleges players that have some skill and experience going into their junior/senior year, because it's going to be hard to keep highly recruited QBs for more than a year or 2 if they're not playing.

I hate losing Luke, I absolutely hate the transfer portal, kids jump in at nothing and don't stay thru hard times and honestly Luke isn't ready to be a starter at the college level yet. Even if FSU brought in Castellanos so what, Luke wouldn't have been ready to take over for another 2 years. Man I hate the portal. If Luke hadn't started all year then he probably ends up staying at FSU because he thought now after starting last year at the end he would be the starter going forward

This dude pulling up stats like he had 10 seconds in the pocket. Instead of slants outs zigs with no offensive line our playbook was to throw bombs that take 3-5 seconds to develop. By time the play was developed he was fixing his chin strap. Them stats do not show what this man went thru and your a whole clown for pulling it up like it told the whole story

Trading Luke for Castellanos is a giant step backwards in arm talent. If Mike hitches his wagon to Castellanos, then we won't have to wait long to move on from Norvell.... Film don't lie, that kid can't throw the ball.

Specifically about Luke and his personality .. I think him transferring is more about Norvell and less about the “portal era”.

Castellanos seems to lack integrity and character as he quit on his team at BC. At least DJU had the character to stick it out and was on the sideline trying to help FSU.

I was hoping Brock would have enter the portal and Luke would have stayed.

I don’t believe this about kids leaving. I do believe they leave bad programs like what FSU is now. And I do believe players that is not as good leave because they are not better than other players at the school. But it start with the coaches. If the kid don’t believe in the coaches and the coaches keep publicly going to look for a QB every year. Yea the kids should leave.
