Less than 4 people live on one square kilometer. But Putin and Khasikov are not bothered by this. They are not ready to send the remaining Kalmyk men to war in Ukraine. After all, the Kremlin elder needs new territories. Does he need Kalmyks?
By the way, Kalmykia is larger in territory than such European states as Belgium, Denmark, Switzerland and the Netherlands.
