Lahori Seekh Kebabs✨Give it a try & enjoy the flavours!

Here’s what you’ll need:
- beef mince
- 2 tbsp red chili powder
- 3 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp zeera
- salt to taste (optional)
- 1 inch ginger
- 6 garlic cloves
- 6 medium green chilies
- 1 cup coriander leaves
Instructions:
- In a chopper, chop ginger, garlic, green chilies & coriander leaves. Then add onions for a few seconds, leaving them chunky.
- Drain any excess water from the onions using your hands or a cloth.
- Add all the spices to the meat along with the onion mixture. Mix well & let it sit for few hours.
- Light the charcoal & once evenly heated, start making the kebabs.
- Take a small-sized portion of meat & roll it with your hands onto the skewers, twisting gently to prevent burning. Cook until they are lightly golden & done.

Tips:
* refrigerating the mixture helps it to build on the flavour & makes it easy to handle.
* dipping hands in ice cold water helps to shape the kebab uniformly.
