The Most Affordable TMR Sticks On Market! Worth It? | GuliKit KK3 Standard Review

I had Gulikit KK2 once during the hype but sadly I didn't like it that much. Also I heard some bad reviews about KK3. 😅

Gamesir cyclone 2 is cheaper and better designed. I heard the paddles on KK3 shred the plastic on every use

You can also buy Crush China white for similar price, although I'm not sure if with the case comes with the bundle. PBTails has some issues with updating their website recently and their prices keep fluctuating so it's hard to say, but I remember it being around 10$ cheaper than it is now.

I like that you included the stick steps , it doesn't have to pin point exactly the stick resolution , but it is mone if the measuring numbers. now because this controller have an aggressing curve you seem to have had hard time aiming with it , and you didn't show any software from gulikit so i assume you can't fix that with the software. and it makes me feel like it has physically shorter travel distance on the sticks. maybe you could try some control freaks and increase the travel distance and that might improve the experience. and the sensor doesn't seem bad , but rather the platform is lacking.

I always had a problem with the gulikit series namely KK 3 Pro and KK 3 MAX, whether it's the analog drift only after 2 days use, the vibrator broken, the sticking button, all happens in just 2 weeks

Never touching the brand again, but hopefully the new one isn't as bad as I had

This seems like a fair review. I own the Pro and I like everything about it. A simpler model that removed the rear paddles entirely (I used them once and meh) and removed the analog light rings (I think they're beautiful; but, admittedly they're not necessary) while keeping everything else that made the Pro great would be well worth $40. I don't want to say they perfected the controller; but, they came as close as humanly possible with the Pro. All they had to do was not change the shape, buttons, triggers, and sticks with this Base model and they'd been cooking with gas.

Maybe these TMR sticks will receive a software update to make them more linear? Does Gulikit update their controllers once they're released? They're the fancy magnetic stick people. It seems weird that they'd swing and miss like this.

For me, i think MAX is the one i'll pick, because i can switch triggers for FPS or racing games, also more paddles (i just need 2 anyways), and if i want to use amiibos, is ready.

I have a KK3 Pro, and there's a small but significant enough deadzone before it actuates on the trigger when playing on Switch. Another reviewer Pugh's Reviews covered it too. I saw on the info graphics they improved the triggers and addressed a deadzone. Also the structure is allegedly different. I was hoping you were going to cover those.

Used to have kk3 max and i regret it, face button always getting stuck, dog tier d-pad, back paddle sometime you wonder if you activate it or not, connectivity on dongle is shit you have to wait for 5 minute for it to wake up.

Man i was gonna buy this, it just seemed like the perfect controller, then i heard that they "misindformed" people that they were using mechanical switches but were membrane, no biggie, then i heard about the qc issue and thats when i started turning away, this one had so much potential if only they had better QC

U should have have mentioned the thumbstick gates are literally like .... joycon size. That's why u felt the aggressiveness in stick response. Its actually becuz of the smaller size, not a non-linear stick response.

Another gap between the base pro and max is the APG. If you play games with repetitive actions you can automate that with the higher teirs. The base lacks it entirely well pro does 10 seconds of action recording and the max does 10 minutes
