its the easyest way to buff older champs and by doing that they can be played more its like amumu q buffs

Will be enabled by worlds since T1 can only play reset comps and this is being introduced to buff them in time for worlds so maybe LCK can beat LPL to keep the rivalry alive.

If LPL wins this year, it would be a catastrophe for Riot as the region would start to be objectively in their own tier considering their spree of international wins. They already are the best region, tbh, but the KR/CN rivalry needs to exist or international LoL will die.

It feels kind of like the lucian mini "rework" where they want to force her to build crit instead of lethality/ad

Riot likes to pick one "mechanic" every few years to focus on. Before it was stealth, then it was dash champions, now it's Resets

In my opinion if sivir stays on 500 range she will never be meta and a really good pick if they don't OVERBUFF all her abilities. In the end I can only hope they do a good job on her and shes viable again!

But the ult is worse now

This looks like a nerf. All her base stats reduced. Q and w ad ratio reduced. New e is garbage as crit items. So overall crit damage based adcs are all garbage since crit damage wont do shit.

Resets are basically the new Riot Games mechanic akin to new "syncro fusion" mechanic in Yu-Gi-Oh!

Her bad ad scaling on q and w tells me that you will build her full attack speed, so you also benefit from your w duration.

reducing cd is really op tho she ll throw so many q's and cancel so many autos with w now and she ll be untouchable with e reset

I get that they plan on having her focus more on basic attacks than abilities with this change.
But reducing her base mana and mana regen while also removing the Mana gain from her E seems a little harsh to me.

I don't understand which ADC they think she'll win duels with, if she can't really abuse Q range with mana issues. 500 range is barely enough to trade with Akshan, Lucian Samira and Zeri.

And atleast Lucian and Samira are pretty strong answers AGAINST her at the moment.

The rework seems okay except for the E not giving mana back to Sivir, that a big nerf to her early laning.

I would prefer to see old sivir's "w" than present sivir or this change

i like the idea of a sivir rework, but i dont think she will be strong with that, she still has one of the lowest ranges in botlane so her only way to trade in lane is Q spamming, she now doesnt get mana from E and has less mana + mana regen, the spell costs a bunch less so idk how it will work out.

She deals way less dmg early now (AD 63- > 58, Q 35-95 -> 15-115) while also loosing 32hp and having very small mana pool and regeneration. And like i already said the range is a huge problem not only in lane but also in teamfights, i played old sivir some games and i noticed that i literally had to run into bruiser to get in range, so while i do my auto animation they are already there with only running and now think of how many champs have over 500 range dashes...

I cant say stuff for certain but i dont feel like its a huge buff, the only thing im looking for is the smoother Q or the R passive
