Can anyone recognize the symptoms that i have. I have the diagnos prostatitis. I feel pain in the testicles on and off. It feels like a buzzing, tingling sensation and after I've been on the toilet pooping this gets a lot worse for a while. I have no problem urinate, no pain at all and the prostate is normal size, not enlarged. When ejaculate it feel sometimes better at the moment after. Thanks/John

I would say that the reflux of urine might be caused by the compression on the urethra caused by inflammation. However, the real causes of prostatitis remain unknown steadily.

I have had back to back UTI’s since last September 27, 2021. I have been on and for most of that time as well. My dr. Says I have a UTI and Proctitis, and we need to get you to a urologist. It takes 2 months to get an appointment here in central Arkansas! So back in April of this year, I went to the urologist, he did labs and something they put me out to look at my bladder. Nothing wrong. This was on a Tuesday, Thursday I had a full blown UTI. So I go back to my regular dr. He put me on antibiotics for 3 months! As soon as that finished I made it 7 days and any UTI. Now yesterday 11-7-22 I went to my urologist, urine looked great. I’m currently on antibiotics! They took blood and told me to come back on the 8th of December. They were going to do some type of test on my urine stream?? And then he is double booked till mid February! I don’t know what to do or where to do it at? Oh I also had a spinal fusion last December! Any help would be very appreciated!!
