I didn't realise the alcohol line was meant to show Mrs George as a bad mother for years lol. In Ireland, the drinking age is only 18 and it's normal enough for us to start drinking before then. Around 16 in a controlled environment is socially acceptable. "If you're gonna drink I'd rather you do it in the house" is actually fairly responsible considering a teen who wants to drink is going to do it anyway ha
