Can anyone give me some guidance or advice on why I feel extra sensitive the day after doing a breath work session? My emotions and physical senses are much more heightened. I enjoy doing breath work but I’m having trouble in deciding when is an ideal time to do it if I have to take into account of the extreme sensitivities in the next day.

I wish I could meet you in person and express my sincerest thanks for this. I do this breath work daily because the effects are instantaneous. I am a better mother, wife and person because I have found a stress outlet that benefits my mental health so much. When I feel my anxiety peaking I have to tell my kids and husband to excuse me so I can do my breath work video. You are adding years back to peoples lives. As a health coach I will continue to encourage people to participate in your breath work. ❤

Love the video, just one question. Is it nose only breathing for every round (other than when you say let out a sigh)? Or inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth for the rapid 1 and 2 count breath rounds?

I can’t do it, I got distracted by the high volume of the music and can’t relax because I have to be careful when I have to breathe and when I have to hold :(

I am so immensely grateful for this practice!! I have been doing it for about 3 months now, about twice a week and every time I need to cry. Sometimes already when the music starts, sometimes all the way through and sometimes only at the end. Every time I feel I get to release (very) old emotions from my body and with that a bit of tension. Thank you soooo much 🙏🙏🙏

I’ve commented so many times on this but idc 😂 I’ve been doing this exact breath work alongside my healing for a little over 2 years now and every time is so different. The last time, I had a release after that lasted 3 days!!! I cried non stop for 3 days last time and felt pain I had shoved down for years. This time felt so different than all the others. I really let go during it and felt euphoria for a moment (til I cried again 😂- it’s ok. It’s release and it’s actually working!) Years of therapy, medication, journaling, etc. Breath work is the most emotional healing practice I’ve ever encountered. Thank you so much, again 😂

Gosh it's so powerful. My feet, hands, arms, chest were all bubbling and tingling - it's amazing what just breathing can do.

Feeling way more present after having gone in with a lot of stress, disappointment, and anger.

The thing I'm working with at the moment hasn't changed. But I have. I can see how I was trying to control it. But I need to accept and let go with love and trust the right thing will unfold, eventually.

This seems really great but the background music was distractingly loud for me. It made it hard to follow because to have it loud enough to hear you, the music was would startle me when they started singing. I'm gonna check your channel and hope for one with more balanced sound. Thanks!

Thank you so much for this “I don’t know.” at the beginning of 2025.
I got in a car accident that was my fault on Christmas Eve day because I was rushing so much and I’ve been rushing so much for so long.
It was time to stop the planning and trying to fit in something for someone else every minute with no time for fun, play or enjoyment…or just…space.
Your practices have gotten me through a very challenging time and for that I am forever grateful.
I lost myself and now I’m finding myself anew. 🔥

I was feeling amazing!!! Untill she told to focus on planing and the day today or tomorrow and goodbye comfort, hello stress😖 I was totally focusing on my inner being and trying to understand what my body is telling me, but couldn't get there because aparently 'I don't really know' was repeating over and over 😕 it was my first time tho. Now that I know what is coming, I hope that the second time will go better... And ofcourse... The best way is by doing it without guidance, but yeah I find it difficult to train my monkey mind 😅
