Nice video good job!
ОтветитьGreat video. What a pain to program the new sensors.
ОтветитьSuper helpful. Thank you.
ОтветитьNice video. I have one tire sensor on my 2015 F-150 that has failed. Probably a dead battery. So it’s time to replace them all.
Ответитьso detailed, great video, helped with my explorer!
ОтветитьThe easiest way to rebead a tire is a ratchet strap around the tread
ОтветитьCan you replace the tpms with a regular valve stem?
ОтветитьNicely done.
ОтветитьYou could have done it on the the truck. It is usually faster to fill with the valve core removed..
ОтветитьIm going to try this method since I tried the other methods and even bought the ford TPMS sensor and it didnt work as I was told to do it in your 2nd attempt. Hope the 3rd method works.
ОтветитьGood job! And you’ve answered my question which I’ve been having trouble with which was “can I just replace the electronics without changing the valve stem ? “
Next time you’re trying to seal a bead, take a piece of rope or something, and go around the center of the treads of the tire, then twist it with something like a tourniquet. This will push the center of the tire in and make the bead come in contact with the rim better.
Now I have a new question… Did you buy your clone with all the money you saved by not going to the dealership? Great job American man. 🇺🇸
why are replaced all of them?
ОтветитьAwesome video! Thank you
ОтветитьTraining the tyres was like putting in chest codes into computer games from the 90s.
Great tutorial!
Great vid definitely learned a thing or two
ОтветитьAwesome 👌 👍 very helpful 🤜💥🤛
ОтветитьGreat job sir.
You save my $60 around.
Thank you ❤🎉
very well done. I can do this.
ОтветитьExtremely helpful. Thank you for taking the time to do this video.
ОтветитьThank you for the details, much appriciated. You forgot your core removal tool on the side step btw :D.
ОтветитьIt really does work and save me a lot
ОтветитьI just purchased new sensors and Module on EBay($75)that reads the uninstalled sensors and fools the Computer into thinking TPMS are fine. I just keep it in the Glovebox and I’ll replace the sensors when I need new tires in a few years at that time , bonus I use it on my winter tires that don’t have sensors installed and vehicle thinks all is normal
ОтветитьGreat video, well presented and explained. I am going to go for it and save the $ the dealer wanted. Keep up the good work!!!
ОтветитьThis seems like a huge amount of work. I have this problem and called Discount Tires. they will replace the sensors for $62 each.
ОтветитьBros complaining about 120 buck but the first 2 mins he’s already spend 104
ОтветитьThanks for the video. The local tire shop wants $50 per tire to do all 4 on my 2016 Explorer. Your video convinced me that it's a pretty good deal.
ОтветитьRatchet strap around tire to reinstall
ОтветитьGreat video. Thanks for your help. 🍻
ОтветитьThanks, I had the same problem with trying to get the new sensors to work til I saw your video. All good now.
ОтветитьAmazing video thank you sir! Just finished the job and worked beautifully- 2015 Ford F-150 fx4
ОтветитьWhat do you do if you don’t have a key ignition?! How do you train it?
ОтветитьAs a wrench monkey at a shop. I was tripping out the first haz light way was t working. The second way was daunting l, but the on screen I structures helped a Ton. Bless You.
ОтветитьJust buy a tire pressure gauge at the dollar store . Those sensor gauges are useless.
Ответитьdoes the mounting screw have certain torque speac? like 4nm? Thanks🎉
ОтветитьMan programing that sensor to work was me testing out GTA cheat codes when I was a teen lmao
ОтветитьLooks like I'll be paying the dealership to handle this. Thanks! lol
ОтветитьSetting the bead, shoot a few squirts of starting fluid and a long bbq lighter it'll set the bead instantly
ОтветитьWrap a strap around the tire and tighten down to get the bead to reseal
ОтветитьExcellent job
ОтветитьYou are the Man. Great video. I also have a 2016 F150 ecoboost needing to replace all 4 tire pressure sensors. Great demonstration. will be tackling this soon. Thank you sir.
ОтветитьThanks you. I have the exact same truck and color.
ОтветитьBelle Tire wants $320 for the whole set
ОтветитьMan thats alot of work to get rid of the annoying light
Ответитьpure legend
ОтветитьShrader valve core can be removed with needle nose pliers. Keeping the core out while setting the bead will assist as it can get air in much faster.
ОтветитьI have done this a dozen times but this video was still very useful for me. To get the tire to re-bead, try placing those 2x4's under the tire on opposite sides (just the rubber part) then step in the middle while filling the wheel with air.
ОтветитьUse a racket strap around the tire and boom it will help don’t add to much air bc you’ll have to cut the strap but that’s how we do it with our mowers and done it before
ОтветитьJust tried this and it worked however I found that the best way to rebead the tire was the old lighter fluid method. I used brake cleaner and it still worked flawlessly
Ответитьman, Great video! Do you have any other videos of car modules? Would love to discuss them with you
