Pokemon Emerald Party Randomizer | Achievement Playthrough | PART 1

Ive done emerald RNG manip. It requires hitting specific frames which pass via real time. I think the timer battery has to be dead to do RNG manip. So if you got a manaphy on frame 36, you'd have to hit exactly frame 36 again to guarantee you'll get manaphy. I think it's 30 fps so you have to get it to 1/30th of a second or hope it spawns multiple frames. I don't think anything else passes the frames other than time since start screen, time on clock, and seed number.
