Fun facts:
-In Secret War, there is a G3SG1 without additional ammo (It is found near the door of the underground generator, between 2 doors. Heading left, you'll find it at the back of some boxes).
-In Building Recon, there is a M249 (Found nearby an enemy's M2 Browning Machine Gun), Scout (Found at a bed).
-In Downed Pilot, there is a P90 (In a pipe sewage system, after the player burns a lock on a door leading to it and also blows up an RC Bomb to get into the system), SG552 (Found at a crate next to where the player needs to turn the lever to raise the mining cart out of the way)
-In Hankagai, there is UMP-45 (Secretly found beyond the locked door near a vending machine. To open the door, one must shoot the top right of waterfall near a Buddha statue. And it should become unlocked), P90 (Found beyond the cracked wall that leads many boxes, the room is before the dumpster part), G3SG1 (Found at the inside of the window where the enemy sniper stood in that position)
-In Alamo, there is G3SG1 (Found at the building where the first enemy with white shirt stand)
-In Run!, there is Galil

Easter Egg:
Secret War:
-A Chicken can be found at the beginning of the game. In order to find the chicken, go to the boxes where the player must jump off the wall to get the Dual Elites. One of the boxes can be destroyed and the player can find a Chicken. Note that if the chicken is killed, it will make sheep sounds.
-Several cubes with the text, "The Castle was HERE," can be found in this map. It is a signature left by Russell Meakim, the map's level designer.
1. The first cube is in the APC, at the bottom left corner of the player's view when the screen starts fading black.
2.The second cube is located near an elevator in the area where the ceiling collapses around.
3. The third cube can be found below the lamp of the rocket in the location were the player see a Spetsnaz operative falls after getting attacked.
4. The fourth cube is located above the fuel pipe after an elevator fight.
6. The last cube is located underneath the truck. To see the cube, the player will have to destroy the ground and fall in the hole, however, this will cause the player to die from falling.

Motorcade Assault:
-At one point in the mission, a chicken is hidden behind a few crates.

Thin Ice:
-After the player arrives at the ship's back deck, you can find the "Castle here"Black Box under the ship's mast.

Downed Pilot:
-In the tool closet outside the room where the player is gassed, if the player presses use key on the chainsaw, an audio clip of Ash Williams saying "Groovy" from Evil Dead II will play.
-After entering the hole, a photo can be seen on the inner wall of a man holding a lopsided turret from the portal series with the caption "a very bad man".


Hankagai:
-There is VIP can be found near the end of the mission. The player must first climb the construction ladder and enter a door. Once inside, a citizen is sitting in front of a computer displaying the menu background of Condition Zero while the VIP, who is armed with a MP5, is sitting on a bed, watching. When the player opens the outside door, the citizen remarks, "What! I got a headshot on him and he still killed me! Did you see that? Probably some cheating hacker!" After complaining the citizen resumes to the game.

Ah yes, the most cursed version of counter-strike 1.6, only good thing that came out of CSCZ was the textures and models / gun models.

You have to remember this came out in 2004 when the average internet speed was under 1Meg. As a teenager it was great fun having a single player to run through this

Ironically I played in the order of cs game start from cs 1.6,cscz, css, csgo and cs2 and yet I played cscz ds last and found its very fun (dont talk about cso, cso2, csnz, csns)

Well you can actually increase the difficulty with the command "skill 0", then the enemy can deal you the real damage, just like how much damage you can deal to them instead. This can lead to a longer and more enjoyable game play

Deleted Scenes is so much fun despite being troublesome at times but that's part of the gameplay. I really enjoy playing it and this game, most of the time, gets overlooked.

cscz deleted scenes was pretty fun

This video gives me the same feeling I get when my mom is nagging at me. Like holy shit ok it‘s constructive criticism but stop fuckin hating and tell us the good parts of this game. This game is hated for little reasons like crappy ai or difficult missions and at this point it‘s not constructive criticism anymore it’s straight up just hating o the game. You could‘ve made this video a fucking short and just said it sucks and that would‘ve had the exact same outcome as the video.

When I was in the 1v1 knife fight in the final mission I actually managed to kill the terrorist leader, and was stuck on the balcony untill I reloaded an earlier save.

Condition Zero and deleted scenes were honestly really lovely games. I don't understand the amount of hate they got and still get. Is it good? Not really. Was it fun? Absolutely.

this game is basically how CoD4 Modern Warfare is 3 years before it released


- Game's missions are more or less a linear FPS shooters with pre determined objectives
- You're always started the mission with pre determined sets of loadouts

I guess the game studio who continued the previous studio had no idea what was the previous studio doing.

I don’t know what’s weirder to see Russian special forces using MP5s or the Italian government using law enforcement armed with M72 LAWs rocket launchers to kill a mafia boss when snipers would’ve done the job with less collateral damage.

All CS games are still CS in movement from first days of CS till now CS 2. Every CS game I played and I love every CS game equally.❤

Really enjoying your content buddy, taking me on a trip down memory lane.. Just watched your mods video. Have you covered anything about the old superhero and wc3 mods? There was another one I really enjoyed but I forget the name of it.. there would be little platforms set up around the map that you would bunnyhop on and they'd disappear momentarily once you jump on it. You'd get yourself to an elevated location while the enemy tried to reach you with a knife. There were also smoke nades that froze the players and could stick them on walls with a laser to set them off. Really wish there were some west coast servers that still had these mods!

i love this game, even if it was release at the worst possible time
in the modern day where gaming industry abuses live service and micro-transaction, over priced DLC, this game look like game of the year with a charming art style and cheesy 90s action
also the credit is the reason why i played it multiple time

I never play multi, always play singleplayerm, I very like Deleted Scenes :) good old goldsrc engine with nice feeling of shooting :) mission are also not bad.

I honestly found the campaign pretty fun, and wanted to play it so bad back in the day. I even wanted more missions, it was pretty much call of duty 4 campaign before call of duty 4. I do wish someone makes a source remake of this.

These guys seriously needed a new engine.
