Leads are better

Leads are now better in Minecraft. They will now almost never break when moving mobs on the ground. But to encourage players to use the new Happy Ghast to transport mobs, they made the elytra worse. Leads will now break whenever you use a rocket, but there is still a way to use them with the lead, if you use the rocket first.
