Can she use the quirk in different ways at once, like diamond fist with carbon fiber arm? Then there’s enhanced speed and jumping with springy carbon fiber legs. Lots of possibilities here.
Carbon Cell would be a good name since she manipulates the cells of her own body or if she’s got a wild personality, Crazy Diamond. (Midnight probably wouldn’t approve of that last one.)

If i remember, allotropy of carbon is, roughly the process of heating and condensing carbon until diamond crystals form. I'm guessing this is a quicker process with the carbon in their body.
