Our primary mission is to enable and celebrate the art of film-making by providing a unique festival experience in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY for filmmakers across the world to share their work.

SYNOPSIS:
Claire’s life is not going as planned. A bad break up, a long dry spell, and an irregular period, leave her wondering if she’s missing something sexually. Claire’s therapist challenges her to take her sexuality into her own hands—literally, which for Claire proves to be a difficult task. Will she conquer her embarrassment, shame, and the enormous dildo she inadvertently shoplifted?

ABOUT THE DIRECTOR:
First time writer-director Megan Brotherton earned her MFA in Acting at the American Repertory Theatre at Harvard University, which included a 3-month residency at the Moscow Art Theatre in Russia. Since moving to Los Angeles, Megan found her creative home at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre, where she writes and performs improv and sketch comedy. Several of Megan's online sketches have recently been featured on FunnyOrDie.com. She also directed two seasons of the parody web series Golden California. Megan is currently in post-production on a pilot that she wrote and directed and a dramatic short film called Buttercup.
