Cyberpunk can run if you use 75% resolution scale but i hope the 1.2 update fixes it.

"DDR3 1600 MHz, 8GB (2x4GB)" - If you can upgrade your RAM a little - giving Windows a bit more room for extra video RAM might help performance a little. Max memory your board can support is 16gb. All depending on availability and pricing where you are of course.
