I know I'm a little late commenting on this and I don't know if you'll see it. I want to take your challenge of writing my own what if. I'm currently writing one and I'd love to try to get it out to other people!

You should Make a joke what if. Topic What if you combined as many of your "what ifs if" as possible. Call it what if everything.

I have i hole book with my own what if's and I started because of you and Broku72.And eventually I wrote a story back in June and I am still writing it now.

I really want someone to try to do a what if Raditz and Nappa turned good. I really like both what if series and it would be quite interesting I think. I'm sure I'm not the only one to have thought of this. Please tell me what you think about it

I've been pondering what-ifs, and creating OC's since I was a kid. I never had the guts to share most of my stories, but it is always fun to write.

Dragonball is a particular favorite of mine because it's easy mode. Like you said, the nuance of dragonball is not that deep. Plus, there are in-universe ways of changing unfavorable plot points in the main or fanfiction timelines. The titular dragonballs being the biggest reality changer of them all.

um masakox i know i ask this but can you do a what if goku black turned good like goku's conscious overpowered zamasu (i didn't watch dragon ball and saw only clips and watched video games so i don't know if this a ''toriyama'')

I have a what if that might be too much for you. What if there was a multiverse tournament for all your what ifs. Like Dragonball Multiverse only with your universes, imagine we get SSJ Blue Raditz vs Legendary SSJ Nappa or berserker Nappa, Android 21(good Cell) vs Good Broly, and Vegito(stayed fused) vs Radito if the fusions stayed permanent, you can just retcon that potara was permanent in your what if raditz turned good.

Those pictures on the thumbnail, if I were ever to make videos (which I wanna do), I would make a what if where all those what ifs happened along with what if kid goku went super saiyan, Anyone got a good title name cause all I can think off is "Dragon ball: what if Fusion" and I wanna keep it a secret that it's related to masakox in the title.

MasakoX's "What If's" are basically a combination of his ideas and the ideas of other creators presented in verbal fanfiction format. (whether it is presented in a logical way, entertaining way, or tragic way is up to the writer). MasakoX's videos have inspired me, as a writer, to come up with alternate scenarios for fun in many shows and movies. If you can:

1. Write decent fanfiction about DBZ (know the minds and personalities of the characters you're working with)
(Hint: You don't have to only do a "what if the villain turned good" concept)


2. Use a good balance between implementing the original story line and adding other dialogue or scenes


3. Edit, edit and edit some more (on our own or with a peer)


4. Present your ideas in a video (or on a blog if you prefer)


5. Pay attention to compliments and learn from constructive feedback

My problem with writing What-Ifs is thinking of What-If ideas that are either A. super dull and would barely change the story, B. Are already covered dozens of times by content creators, all with insanely similar stories, or C. Insanely hard to think of a way to make them realistically happen (I'm looking at you, Frieza turning good).

I’m making a current what if where broly has a younger brother

after he said 2000 words for a script was a decent size I looked around for the longest story I've written and... I realized I only wrote 3'700 words in it...

I know stories shouldn't be exams with specific amount of words in it but still I realized just how small my stories were and just how underdeveloped and thought out it all was
