How to enable Front Panel Audio from BIOS (ASRock N68C-S UCC)

Hi,i bought and adio interface m audio,,have a Lenovo Windows,and i got to make it record online Audacity guitar and set it up 16 bits,but next day didnt got sound,and weirdly enough if i Open revalver plugin app it does generate sound but other software like any other hahahaha doesnt, do You know what i can do, and on of yhe thing that happened,it said other aplicación is trying to run the software but i don't know which one hehe this one on audacity

Alright, I was told to do that and I found this video and turns out I did everything fine. Yet, I STILL have sound interference in my headphones. Do you have any clue why is it happening? It's really weird to me that the front panel audio does that, but the back panel doesn't have this issue at all.
