I get this videos kinda old but i wanna use this one specifically to test if it helps me sleep. If i remember or AM reminded ill check back in to tell how it went.
I have issues sleeping sometimes and my sleep schedule is WAY off right now. (Currently 4 in the morning, havent slept yet) Its kind of hard finding things that work, so im gonna see if this does.

Love going to the Farmers markets and love going to the pumpkin patch and riding that tractor Plus picking our own pumpkins as well. Oh yeah, cannot forget about make a big pile of leaves and then jumping in them are stepping on the leaves and hearing them crunch. Good times in the fall weather

Liked the breathing format. With some of othe others I found myself breathing more deeply from the outset and was out of sync with the guidance. This format eases you in from more shallow breathing to the deeper cycle.
