Hi, what would the Items property be for the components viewer if the selected item is from a groupby mested gallery? Tried lookip but could not get it to work.

I am struggling with positioning a component within a SharePoint Form, which is quite long. I want to place the component at a specific location in the form. Currently, the component always remains visible regardless of where I am in the form because it moves with the scrolling. Is it possible to integrate such a component, for instance, as a custom card, into the form in a fixed position?

I have a scenario where items are created in a SharePoint list using PowerApps, and we utilize the "Send email" feature from PowerApps for a three-tier approval process. Now, the business would like to enable users to attach files, which should be added to the SharePoint item and sent along with the approval requests. My approval process consists of three tiers, sequentially. What would be the best approach for this? I watched the video on using form.updates to add attachments to the item, but how can I ensure they are visible to approvers or included in the email?

I used this video to do something similar and it works....sometimes. The code is all valid, but it seems like sometimes it takes forever for it to retrieve the data, leaving me with rows in my gallery and blanks where the thumbnails should be. Any insights as to why this might be, because when it works, it works?

Is this possible in dataverse? I am wondering if some of the coding on the component can be adjusted to point towards an attachment entity with a photo column in dataverse

The error message states ‘links cannot be converted to a number’. Should I address this issue, or can I safely ignore it?

So this image viewer solution for attachments works great in Preview in PowerApps, but not in the app on my Android. The file name displays, but no image. Any idea why?

I love your approach here and thought I had successfully implemented your instructions as the thumb-nails displayed perfectly in Developer. When I published the Powerapp tho the thumbnails do not display but the image details such as its name do. I can select the attachment and it opens as normal. I am so close, what could be causing this behavior where it works in developer but not published (also found out a co-owner of the powerapp can not get the thumbnails to display in the developer on their account but it works in mine.) HELP Please

When using the “First(ThisItem.Attachments).Value” on my image I am getting back a scroll bar of all the imagines on my list. How do I prevents this from happening?

1) Made it so only the view control related to the specific file type shows
2) How you integrated the PDF viewer through that button! So cool.

My SharePoint list contains columns of the "image" type. These seem to be treated as if they were also attachments, because when I try to display an attachment from a row using First(ThisItem.Attachments).Value, an image from an image column is always displayed instead of the actual attachment.

How can I ensure that the image from the attachment is displayed and not the one from an image column?

Hello Reza, thank you so much for this work! It has been working fine for me until a few weeks ago. I have an image column in my SharePoint list, recently the component is showing the image in that field as an attachment. Meaning if I have one attachment in my list, the component will show two attachments. Has anyone else had this issue? Please help.

This component is extremely helpful however once I managed to get it to work to a degree after turning on the retired sections I have found that it displays the images perfect but the other file types it won't display. Has anyone had this issue and solved it?

Hi Rezza. Great video and a great component. However, I am getting a ServerException occurred on the server message when I try to import the component. Can you assist?

To anyone struggling with seeing the AbsoluteUri, DisplayName,ID, & Value fields...I went to "settings", "upcoming features", "retired" and turned on anything that mentioned components. Then reimported the component file.
Not sure if a specific one would have done the trick but I was done messing around lol.
Also make sure you update the tenant in the code mentioned at the beginning of the video. If you jump straight to the viewer instructions you probably missed that like me 🙃
