For printing hot melt, you should use cooling gun ( not hot gun) to make a rapid cooling!

When printing logos on T-shirts, why need to transfer your printout? Why not printing the logos onto the T-shirt directly?❤

You are literally the insane professor of the 3D printing world. While I can sit here and tell myself it probably isn't going to work due to the properties of the glue itself, you have to do it and go ten steps deeper and understand why. Honestly, the 3d printable patch maker probably just uses flexible filiment, prints the logo, then puts the adhesive on the bad afterwards lol

Lets ignore the size of your channel and just having them made, that would be more cost effective and give you a traditional patch. Perhaps you can use that quick-change head to mount a laser and cut the base of a sheet of iron on adhesive, then change the head and print.

I do know that there are different types of hot glue, maybe Another type might work better?

the best thing about this filament is that its reusable and you can just freeze your made prints and blend them to remake the filament.
