Presonus Quantum HD 8 vs Avid Mbox Studio please!
ОтветитьThese mics yall are speaking on are the best Ive heard.
ОтветитьI've got racks of real Neve 1073's and 1084's, and I have a few Warm Audio 73EQ's. I think Warm is as good as any other clone. Neve is better, but they should be. Also, Guitar Center definitely sells Warm Audio.
Ответить🤴🏾Everything for me…starts with the Converters. I need that pro grade mastering grade conversion.
ОтветитьYou guys have really provided a safe space for a lot of us out here. Appreciate the words, wisdom and love. From toronto!!!! MUCH RESPECT
ОтветитьLJ look at that m box on B and H photo and video it's 600 rn. Get a moog Voyager you can find them for 2k, also for Analog compressors preamps, and harmonic eq's 500 series is usually cheaper than full 19 inch rackmount gear.
ОтветитьMoore Jason Robinson Sarah Brown Sharon
ОтветитьYa from NYC??? Why am I now just learning this??
You guys need interns? LOL
Dope episode ❤ Can anyone point me to the episode where Devon was talking about the God Particle?
ОтветитьPetur_bjarni
ОтветитьI just grabbed the triton rack... i love that fucking thing.
ОтветитьYall need to check out the UT Twin87 mic. It’s so good for the price point
ОтветитьYall should cop the Letshuoer S08 IEM. Its straight fire, and takes eq really well. Sounds even better after you apply your eq preference to it.
ОтветитьI'm Back on the Focusrite 😂 The Auto Gain is pretty Gooood....SSL 2 Sounds good but Too Noisey
ОтветитьPresonus really sounds good
ОтветитьI got the black lion revolution ADAT expansion and The conversion is very very solid! And that is bridging off of an RME UCX2 which already had really good conversion. If you only need eight TRS It's definitely worth a look and it punches way above its price tag!
ОтветитьLove the Rosetta EQ. The compressor would be a perfect paid with the EQ I bought. Great plug in
Ответить@flystreetjay 🔥
ОтветитьLJ is lucky he didn’t get the mbox. The adat on the mbox doesn’t add 8 more inputs its takes over inputs and outputs 1-8. So it doesn’t expand. Trust me I had it and went through so much with avid and sweet water and they were all surprised that I was right and sweet water allowed me to return it and get a clarett 8pre instead💪🏼
ОтветитьThis is by far the best producer show since Producr Grind and Beats Rhymes&Life. Keep up the good works. 💪🏾💪🏾💯
ОтветитьMan ya boy Courtney can't get a damn thought off lol. Homie needs a light that comes that gets the attention of the other two so they can let the man speak
ОтветитьPersonas that gurl in the Office she looking cold but she honest
All of her friends hospitable
Naw they looking Cold ❄️ like a chemical
Dry Ice on the Floor it's

Can't stand at the store
They do direct ya door
Canada representttt 🔥🔥
ОтветитьI just want to say. I have the Yamaha motif es rack version 😁 and I want to win that comp bros 😂🔥
ОтветитьAudioscape better then warm audio
ОтветитьCan y’all reach out to Jamal hartwell/gospel musicians and have him on the podcast? He is a musician but also creates dope vst/instruments, and into sound design. I believe he has a lot of wisdom he can share to your audience.
Ответитьhome sweet home
ОтветитьIf I were to save a new version of an FLP direct file, and it shows up in the same project bones folder, Would it still save properly with project bones if I were to rename the “saved new version” flp and rename some mixer rack and some of the playlist titles (basic tweaks) it’s gonna remain with the same exact drum kits & no outer additions. I know it would be best to just create new project bones to be on the safe side, but I have albums worth of project bones flp’s that have a second direct flp that I would like to use instead of the last version, and if I were to add just a few audio parts, can I just copy/paste them in to the project bones aswell, rather then going back and creating like 30 new project bones folders?
Ответитьgreat podcast, any chance to get a summary of the gear talked about?
ОтветитьThanks for the conversations guys, i've learnt a lot and i even tried a cover of "Soldier Man" because of you'll .
ОтветитьAppreciate your continued dedication to helping average folks try to build wealth and not get rekt in the process, I love your confidence so keep shrugging off the naysayers. Your experience is clear and I look forward to your pragmatic and bullish viewpoints in a world that’s increasingly easy to get caught up in the constant negativity and bearish sentiment.... Long & short-term trading is generally safer, allowing investors to weather market volatility. I have managed to grow a nest egg of around 100k to a decent 432k in the space of a few months... I'm especially grateful to Evelyn Infurna, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.
Ответить@ykayRu 🔥
ОтветитьAshlee Ashlee is INCREDIBLE! She’s down here in Atlanta. Damn near nothing she CANT do in a studio.
Known her fir YEARS and still wondering why she doesn’t get more flowers in more settings
@truthhayesmusic
I love my warm audio 1073 and CL1B!
ОтветитьMan... I'm doubting between all the interfaces ya'll mentioned lol. Now I'm even more split. Can you guys compare all of them quality wise? Mbox, prism, neumann and presonus quantum HD (and the apollo twin). I want the best sound/price balance.
ОтветитьY'all been sleep on Presonus and y'all finally warming up 😂 Welcome!
ОтветитьI’m in the process of planning a studio shed build… and my thought process is, before I get the shed built (25x32, 2 stories with sound treatment included) I feel I need the essentials. While I have an interface, computer, mic, and the essentials, I noticed I forgot the start of the “chain”….. Power management. I need a good power conditioner… it’s WILDY underrated to have good power management in your studio… I literally have to replace my Focusrite Scarlett 18|20 because of a random unknown power surge which caused it to literally ruin the audio from the left main monitor out… now there’s this tinnitus similar sine wave pumping through my left monitor.. people sleep on how important the power and protection is to your studio.. so… now I’m looking for the right power conditioner for my setup to keep this from happening… that was my first rackmount piece of gear and I’m so sad it’s not performing right… I’m on my third set of monitors because I thought it was the speakers.. keep in mind every part of your studio is important, even if the audio is not traveling through it, it plays a role…
@jerrychandlerjr
please never stop Devvon
Ответить20 min mark. Devv I think you got the flow backwards. The audient would do the conversion from the analog input of the instruments connected to it which is then sent digitally to the Neumann via ADAT. The Neumann wouldn’t be the one doing the conversion in this instance as you put it. 🎉
ОтветитьYa'll should have Crystal Caines on here
ОтветитьI’ve been waiting to see that video of the Quantum interface vs. the Clarett+ since you teased it on your IG story! I’m leaning towards the Clarett because it’s tried and true, but the Quantum be lookin😮💨
ОтветитьWe need 2 episodes a week now
ОтветитьDevvon, I was watching your live last Tuesday, and you were saying since you got your new monitors you can hear things better. What monitors did you end up getting?
ОтветитьNot for sure when you all recorded this episode but the Avid MBox Studio is back on sale at $599 on Sweetwater, and it comes with a free Protools Studio Perpetual License which is worth $599 by itself. My bad LJ, I don't mean to send you back thinking about the MBox again vs The Neumann.
