I like that the terms are 8 weeks, doing 2-3 classes per term gets you at about 1 year, if you bring in Sophia/Study + something like the Google certs. It is also writing-heavy, rather than exam-heavy.

Which universities accept international students for CBE degree programs, which are hackable to test out of classes and save both time and cost?

I work as an advisor here. I have had students transfer in 90 credits and take more than 2 courses per term and graduated faster than a year. Depending on your program, what you transfer in, and pre-requisites/when courses are available (for instance the GEO program has some courses only available on certain terms)--you could graduate in a year or a bit less. The thing to keep in mind is that it's already an accelerated program--so those courses that are 8 weeks, you're still learning 16 weeks worth of material in. So it comes at you quickly. Tripling up (if it's possible with your circumstances) is going to be very hard. And it's online, so it's not like you can raise your hand and get immediate help (but we do have lots of scholastic resources). Plus, you could possibly get an AS on the way to getting your BS. So you could get multiple degrees in that same span of time. Or, for example, get a Intro to Computer Programming Certificate, then an AS in Computer Science, then a BS in Computer Science. All without breaking stride.

Can you provide some of those better options for a business degree online? Im looking for somewhere that does not do proctored exams. That's the appeal of SNHU. But you mentioned better alternative exist.

I’m actually currently a CBE student at SNHU. Currently you can enroll to these programs through what they call “community partners” they are local programs that help with academic work and such. There are community partners all over the country. My community partner is in Boston when I’m from but we have people enrolled from California so it doesn’t really matter where geographically you are located

Hey need your advice please.
I'm from india, just got out of school and am now looking for colleges for my bachelors, couldn't find a good college/program here, or the good ones were unaffordable for me. Ended up finding SNHU 100% online for indians. Had the program I wanted and I have been waiting for some approval. That's only because I am worried about it being accepted here in india by employers specifically. My career plan is to get a bachelors, grt industry level certs, paid trainings, then paid internships at large industries, then land a job successfully. For the job I am planning to go abroad but first I'll find one in India. Easier said than done I know but this is my goal and I'll stop at nothing to achieve this. I'm 19 currently btw.
Please help, should I go with SNHU or not?

I transferred credits from four community colleges, including one where I earned an associate degree, to WGU. WGU accepted 57 of my credits. However, when I sent the same transcripts to SNHU, they accepted 87 credits. At SNHU, they told me I would need to complete 10 remaining classes, costing about $1,880 for every two months. Based on my calculations, I should be able to finish in around 10 months.

Do you think WGU might be a better option since it offers a flat-rate tuition structure? or just do SNHU

Hello. I’m about to start my bachelor’s in SNHU, I have 60 college credits from my associates already. My question is do I have to take Sophia programs before enrolling in bachelor’s program to earn extra credits, or can I do that with the degree and reduce my period of time?
