Comic Book Cover Art: KOZOR Pencils - Part 2 | Tips For Rapid Improvement & Increased Focus

In this comic art demonstration, we continue onward with the epic, wrap around cover for KOZOR: Descent Into Madness!

We've made a lot of progress on the cover so far, now it's time to bring it home as we complete the refined pencils! Having completed the front portion, we're going to move our attention to the back, completing the nightmarish scene unfolding across the cover.

Here we focus in on a close up head shot of Chief Baron, suggesting the prominent dips and elevations of his facial anatomy with some carefully placed crosshatching.

We'll also render out the remaining background elements, doing our very best to depict the organic nature elements that helps frame the composition and emphasize those ever important key focal points.

As we work our way through the remainder of the cover, I'll impart my best tips on how to rapidly improve your drawing skills, increase your focus and a bunch of other useful tidbits that'll get you in the right head space to truly succeed throughout your creative pursuits!
