The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass | PART 1 | Zelda Marathon

A timeless classic, played by Pikasprey himself?! Could not get any better.
This was literally my first Zelda game when I was little :D

I recently replayed this game myself, after not having played it in ages. Ended up enoying it a lot more than how the Internet made me think.

Love how link does a 2520 degree pirouette when he gets the hourglass, that takes skill

i played this game almost 10 years ago and for some reado in my memory this game was controlled with the d-pad, it had sprites instead of 3D models and there was no fairy, last thing i remember playing was that part where you have to draw an island with no map, i guess my memory deleted all the touchscreen controls

This is genuinely my favorite zelda game

I thought Bannan island was banana island

"I can clearly see which tiles will fall open". Proceeds to fall thru an already open tile. Comedy gold, had a nice little chuckle.

In this game, Link is already two whole years old, and has realized he can make adults have funny reactions if he says "No" at them :3

Holy Moomin, I'm trying to follow along on an emu and had to search the internet for a work around for the mic issues..

I've beaten this game twice and somehow I forget all of the bosses every time.

I love linebeck's character. He's such a coward but he's also very funny.

Also his character growth both in game AND in the manga is amazing. As well as his theme,that just screams "pompous sea man".

That second boss fight used to look pretty different. I have an old Nintendo Power magazine that has a screenshot of that boss fight, but it had more of a top-down view. That's one change that I know of that's stood out to me because I was always expecting to see it when I first played the game, not realizing that it was supposed to be an early version of that second boss fight until later...

I love how you're choosing to be mean to Linebeck any time the game gives you the option.

I played back this game a bit ago, and it's honestly shocking how different a lot of it feels on a larger screen when your hand isn't covering a quarter of the screen. For instance with the Wind Temple boss, I could not see the shadow most of the time, so had to basically use the upper screen to determine when to bomb, and pray I got the timing right.

The mermaid part is really good. Good work on the video.
